Over the past year or so, Rhino Play SW have been carrying out some stunning improvements to the Parish Councils play area in the heart of Silverton Village, Devon. We have completely transformed the facilities & made use of the space available with our trim trail equipment that winds its way through the park. This provides a linked course that allows a continuous play approach throughout the area.
We introduced our very popular Bouldering & Traversing Wall in place of some old rotten sleepers that were previously there. This appeals to the primary school ages & provides low level play.
The innovate Rhino Trail Station Climber also features centrally, providing climbing, free play & social interaction for all ages including teens.
Our wonderful 5m diameter Gazebo overlooks the beautiful Devon landscape from its high vantage point. This is also surfaced with our Rubber Mulch to provide all year round access, wheelchair & pram access & mud prevention.
For the adults & teens we also created Gym Stations outside of the play area, these are positioned where the parents, carers & anyone else can use the equipment but without creating a hazard or interruption within the play area itself. Again these are surfaced with our Rubber Mulch to provide all year round use & to help keep the equipment clean.
Now with the work complete for the time being, we can confidently share the success of this large project with all & show how we can totally revamp or improve any play area large or small. Stuart 11-04-23
