Interactive HDPE Wall Panels

To give more appeal we also installed our non rotting HDPE interactive wall panels giving the children activities like:

• A tile slide game
• A lighthouse height chart
• A dolphin jumping sensory panel
• A chalk board
• 4 in a row

Why This Approach Works So Well In A Small Space

A hospital courtyard like this one comes with real constraints – limited footprint, surrounding walls, and a need for equipment that works for children who may only have a few minutes to play between appointments. Every piece chosen here was picked with that in mind:

• HMS Dartmouth – a compact play ship that still gives children a full range of activities (climbing, sliding, role play) without needing a large area to install
• Sea themed artificial grass – low-maintenance and safe underfoot, while doing double duty as part of the visual transformation of the space
• Interactive HDPE wall panels – fixed to the walls rather than taking up floor space, so children with only a few minutes between appointments can still have something engaging to do
• Corner Planter with seats & shade sail – gives parents and carers a place to sit and rest while still being able to watch over the children playing nearby

It’s this kind of thinking – getting the most play value out of every square metre that makes a real difference in settings like hospitals, where outdoor space is often at a premium but still needed just as much.

Now very much loved by the staff & children, this area offers a bright & appealing setting for those who wish to use it during their visits.
