Over the wet & cold months of January & February 2025, the team at Rhino Play were busy installing new playground equipment & safety surfacing for our client ‘Acorn Education & Care’ at their new site of Copperfields School, Gunnislake, Cornwall. This was the old Delaware Outdoor Education Centre.
Working alongside the developers, we supplied them with a Birds Nest Swing, Trim Trail & Hawks Tor Climber, all with an ‘a 2 tone green mix’ of Rubber Mulch all weather safety surfacing.
The swing & trail items were fitted with galvanised steel feet to eliminate ground rot.
The Rubber Mulch, a bound safety surface, was laid onto an aggregate based that provides stability & drainage, with the rubber surfacing providing all year use on a pre-tested safety surface.
