How Do We Do It?

We manufacture our playground equipment using heavy duty, planed and pressure treated redwood timbers. Our slides, springies and activity play panels are HDPE plastics.

We use recycled tyres for our safety surfaces. Unique processes create shredded and granular particles that are soft and flexible. They bond perfectly and are very long lasting. Polyurethane resins bond the shredded and granular particles together. They are then spread with a trowel at the required thickness. All our safety surfaces are also safety and performance tested for compliance with British standards (EN1176/77).
